Research of the suitable plot

The research of the suitable plot is the first stage and it should be done very carefully according to the needs and the wishes of our client.  The plot should be selected properly because it’s one has its own peculiarities. Our office in collaboration with external partners (real estate agencies) and we help you to find  the right plot which fulfils your needs regarding location, views and budget.

Architectural Design

The architectural design is the second stage for the construction a new building or renovation an old one.

Specifically we provide:

• Architectural studies for houses, blocks of flats, shops, offices.
• Architectural designs of tourism facilities and permit operation by EOT (Greek Tourism)

Procedure:

1. Measurement and evaluation of plot or existing building.
2. Discussion about the needs and wishes of our client.
3. Discussion about the architectural style, and the interior design of the spaces in general with our clients.
4. Discussion about the methods of heating, ventilation and cooling systems that they will be used in the building.
5. Presentation of decorative proposals, floor plans and three-dimensional photorealistic display, which we give to our client in printed form.
6. Discussion with our client and after having selected the ideal solution, we proceed to the final architectural design and all other engineering studies that are necessary for building permits urban planning department of the city. Along with the architectural design, we complete a detailed design, with full provision of placement of furniture and any other necessary element, that the house finally will be completed by the original programming and without unpleasant surprises.

Building permit

The building permit is the third stage for the construction of new building or renovation an old one. The building permit involves the preparation of engineering studies and issue approvals from several public authorities and the submission of this engineering studies on the urban planning department of the city.

Our extensive experience in the constructions make us able to handle all those steps required for building permit with responsibility, consistency and quickness.

The office in collaboration with external partners (contractors) can undertake the construction of any construction project. The office engineer supervises the workshops and ensures the quality of the construction.
